Thank you for your interest in applying for one of our available scholarships. Before you begin, please make sure you have the following documents ready for upload.

Important: All uploaded documents must be clear, complete, and easy to read. Unclear or incomplete documents may delay your application.

Highest Academic Qualification (PDF)
Upload a verified copy of your highest academic qualification. Verification (of undergraduate degrees and up) must be obtained from the St. Vincent and the Grenadines National Accreditation Board (NAB).
Birth Certificate (PDF)
Upload a certified copy of your birth certificate.
Identification Document (PDF)
Upload a certified copy of one of the following: SVG National ID, Passport, or Driver's Licence. If you are uploading an ID card, both the front and back must be included.
Student Status Document (PDF)
The document required depends on your student status:
- New Students: Acceptance letter from the academic institution.
- Continuing Students: Most recent academic transcript.
NIS Card (Optional)
If available, you may upload your NIS card as an image file: .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
